HatScripts is free for personal and commercial use. You do not need permission to use the tools, export assets or embed generated snippets in your own projects. Automated scraping that degrades the service for others is the only usage we ask you to avoid.

Asset licensing is described in detail on the licence & attribution page. Third-party userscripts remain governed by their own upstream licences.

Userscripts listed here run with broad permissions inside your browser. Read the source before installing anything, keep your userscript manager updated, and treat every install link as third-party code that we index but do not control.

The site and everything on it is provided “as is”, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools, exported assets or linked scripts.

Tools, data and pages may change or be removed at any time. URLs for hubs and published blog posts are kept stable wherever possible.
